It covers the revenue stamps of all the Commonwealth countries. Fiscal stamps include those used for Court Fees, Agreement, Foreign Bill, Forest Department, Postal Note, Insurance, Share Transfer, Tobacco, Matches, Foreign Travel, Civil Aviation, Receipt, and many others. Of the 502 pages, around 10% or 54 pages pertain to India.

In new-like and never used condition. Published at £75 plus postage from UK, this new edition is sold out with the publishers. The next edition may come out sometime in the year 2025 or 2026 (editions are spaced out every 6 years or so).
